Working Class is a technology platform that connects customers seeking home services with independent service professionals. We are a marketplace — we do not directly employ professionals or provide services ourselves.
3. User accounts
- You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Customer terms
- Provide accurate service location and contact information.
- Be present or make appropriate arrangements for the professional's arrival.
- Treat professionals with respect and dignity.
- Do not solicit professionals to work outside the platform to avoid fees.
- Pay for services rendered in accordance with the platform's pricing.
- Provide honest and accurate ratings and reviews.
5. Professional terms
- All registration information must be accurate and truthful.
- Arrive on time and complete jobs to a professional standard.
- Treat customers with respect and maintain professional conduct.
- Do not solicit customers to transact outside the platform.
- You are an independent contractor, not an employee of Working Class.
- You are responsible for your own taxes, insurance, and legal compliance.
6. Bookings & payments
Prices are fixed by Working Class based on service type and rating tier. Payment is due upon completion of the service.
7. Cancellations & refunds
- Before acceptance: Full refund, no fee.
- After acceptance: A convenience fee may apply.
- Professional no-show: Full refund and free rebooking.
- Unsatisfactory service: Contact us within 24 hours for a free rework or refund.
8. Prohibited conduct
- Using the platform for any unlawful purpose
- Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Harassing, abusing, or threatening other users
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the platform
- Circumventing the platform to arrange services directly
- Impersonating any person or entity
9. Intellectual property
All content on the Working Class platform is owned by Working Class Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute content without written permission.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Working Class shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
11. Dispute resolution
Disputes shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. Contact our support team first — we will attempt to mediate a fair resolution.
12. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
